Chimney Removal

A lot of people ask me "Why remove the Chimney? You don't like your fireplace!?". First off, I don't have a fireplace, this is an old leftover form the original heating system. Second, it sits right in the middle of the basement, and the current gas furnance vents out of it. Together they make about 400sqft in the basement completely unuseable. So out it goes. |
