The Basement projectThe house came with an unfinished basement. I'm hoping this will be my diamond in the rough. Totaling 740sq ft of space, we hope to create at least half of it as livable space. Currently one room is finished with a legal sized window making it a "bedroom". We have framed one wall of the rec room, rewired everything, run cat5, cable and new phone lines to each room of the house from the basement. |
